    The Simple Steps:

    1. Click on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bar.
    2. In the Profile Image section, click CHOOSE FILE.
    3. Go to the folder on your computer where the image you want to use is stored. 
    4. Choose the image and click Open.
    5. Follow the same steps for Logo Image.
    6. To finalize everything, click SAVE CHANGES at bottom of page. When you see "Changes Saved" appear at the top of the page, you are good to go.

    The Simple Steps:

    1. In the MY ACCOUNT section, click the blue crop icon under your headshot.
    2. Adjust the image size how you want it.
    3. Click "CROP IMAGE" to preview the change. 
    4. If you need to crop your Company Logo, follow these same steps.
    5. Click "SAVE CHANGES" at bottom of page. You will need to regenerate your existing flyers for these changes to be applied.

    The Simple Steps:

    1. Click on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bar.
    2. Scroll to the NOTIFICATIONS section.
    3. Select "On" for the type of updates you want to receive. 
    4. Verify, add and/or update your "Communities of Interest."
    5. Click "SAVE CHANGES" at bottom of page. When updates are made you will now receive a weekly email for your Communities of Interest.

    The Simple Steps:

    1. In the FLYERS section click the green CREATE A FLYER button.
    2. Under the TEMPLATE TYPE dropdown, select "COMMUNITY FACT SHEET."
    3. Choose the REGION you want, and once the community options load, click on the Fact Sheet you want to create. 
    4. A preview of the Fact Sheet you chose will appear. Once it does, verify your contact information and click CREATE.
    5. You will see a confirmation message when your new Fact Sheet is created. DOWNLOAD the version(s) you need, and you are ready to go.

    The Simple Steps:

    1. In the FLYERS section click the green CREATE A FLYER button.
    2. Under the TEMPLATE TYPE dropdown, select "COMMUNITY LISTINGS."
    3. Choose the REGION you want. Once the community options load, click on the LISTINGS FLYER you want to create. 
    4. When the preview screen loads, select the personalized layout you want in the IMAGE LAYOUT section.
    5. Once you've chosen the number of homes to include, you can either choose the homes yourself or let the portal do it for you.
    6. When all the homes have been selected, click the green CREATE button at the bottom of the page.
    7. You will see a confirmation when your new Listing Flyer is created. DOWNLOAD the version(s) you need, and you are ready to go.

    The Simple Steps:

    1. Start in the FLYERS section, and click on CREATE A FLYER.
    2. Use the TEMPLATE TYPE dropdown to choose "Community Listing."
    3. You can sort through available flyers using either REGION, COMMUNITY TYPE or COMMUNITY – when you see the community you want, click on that flyer preview.
    4. Select the IMAGE LAYOUT you want.
    5. Select AUTO POPULATE HOMES W/ FLOORPLANS from the dropdown.
    6. Click green CREATE button to generate your layout.
    7. Once created, DOWNLOAD the version(s) you need, and you are ready to market.

    The Simple Steps:

    1. On the MY FLYERS page, click on the Listing Flyer you want to update.
    2. Find the home you want to change, and push the blue EDIT button.
    3. A list of homes you can use will appear. Click the one you want to update with.
    4. Once you have made all the updates you want, click the green REGENERATE button.
    5. When the "Flyer Regenerated" message appears, DOWNLOAD the updated flyer in the format you want.

    The Simple Steps:

    1. Start in the MY FLYERS section - listed on this page are all the Active Flyers you have created.
    2. When you click the checkbox next to any of your flyers, you will have the option to Download, Archive or Delete.
    3. You will also see alerts if one of your Active Flyers needs to be updated or if a newer version is available.
    4. To update one of your Active Flyers, click on it.
    5. Once the page opens, click REGENERATE at the bottom.
    6. When the "Flyer Regenerated" message appears, you can DOWNLOAD the new version.

    1. Click on the PHOTOS tab in the navigation bar.
    2. From the list of GALLERIES, choose the Community you want.
    3. Scroll through the image thumbnails. When you see one you like, click it to open a preview.
    4. When image opens, click the DOWNLOAD ICON at the top.
    5. Save the image to the folder on your computer that you want.

    Follow this process for all images you wish to download, save and use.

    1. Click on the VIDEOS tab in the navigation bar.
    2. From the list of GALLERIES, choose the Community you want.
    3. Scroll through the thumbnails of available videos. When you see one you like, click it to open a preview.
    4. When you find a video you want to use, click the COPY button in the lower right corner of the preview window.
    5. The code you need to embed the video on your web site is now saved to your clipboard.
    6. Either share this code with your web developer or paste into your site where you want the video to appear.

    Follow this process for all the videos you want to add to your web site.

    1. Click VIRTUAL TOURS in the navigation bar.
    2. A list of available Matterport tours will appear, sorted alphabetically by community.
    3. When you find a tour you're interested in using, click on it to open and preview.
    4. To use it on your web site, click the COPY button in the lower right corner of the preview window.
    5. The code you need to embed the tour on your web site is now saved to your clipboard.
    6. Either share this code with your web developer or paste into your site where you want the tour to appear.

    Follow this process for all the Matterport tours you want to add to your web site.
