Avenir Clubhouse & Amenities
Residents of L'Ambiance will enjoy access to the future Avenir West Clubhouse (Opening 2025). This 28,000 square-foot facility will offer indoor & outdoor dining, amenities, activities, and events for all ages.
Avenir includes two community clubhouses - the existing Avenir East Clubhouse and the future Avenir West Clubhouse (pictured below).
Both include amenities such as resort-style swimming pools, expansive pool decks, sports courts, lap pools and more. The Avenir West Clubhouse will feature the added benefit of a poolside bar and dining among other new additions. Click the Gallery below to preview images.
In addition to clubhouse access, residents can also enjoy the future Avenir Town Center (artist concept below) and community Dog Parks.
