KOLTERHOMES sales offices and model parks are open daily for walk-in guests where permitted. For the health and well-being of you and our employees, we are following applicable CDC, local, state, and federal re-opening guidelines. When you visit, please note:

• Kolter Homes staff will be wearing masks as a precaution and taking daily temperature checks. We're also practicing physical distancing and encouraging guests to do the same.
• Hand sanitizing dispensers, stations and/or disinfectant wipes will be conveniently located at office entries and throughout our model parks for your use and comfort.
• Upon arrival, all guests may receive a complimentary temperature scan.
• Our stringent cleaning standards have increased in frequency, and throughout the day we are disinfecting high-touch areas and closely monitoring facilities.
• Congregating is discouraged, and we are controlling traffic flow to allow guests adequate space to tour in comfort.
