Summary
We are searching for a team member to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to balance multiple projects at once while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, process, and submit invoices and credit card receipts for the Marketing Department.
- Manage, order, and track collateral for all communities.
- Assist with all interactive plans and updates
- Coordinate and work with all communities on signage re-orders and needs.
- Update media calendar and plans to share with each sales team.
- Send updates and keep new content current for the sales and marketing sections of the Community Book.
- Routing lot releases to vendors for site plan updates
- Assist team with website updates and copy adjustments.
- Assist with opening community opening procedures.
- Assist with special projects (e.g., Eliant sweepstakes, community promise letters, specialty items/giveaways)
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.
REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills Understanding customer service
- Understanding of A/P invoice processing, LandDev knowledge a plus
- Manage multiple priorities promptly and professionally with solid attention to detail with limited supervision.
- Ability to learn and use customer relationship management software including Builders CMS and other company-based software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Effectively and professionally communicate (in oral and written form) with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate commitment to integrity, company values, customer focus, and established policies and procedures.
- Display professional appearance and manner.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Administrative experience is a plus, and working knowledge of invoice processing and strong organizational skills are required.
- An associate degree or higher in marketing or a related field is preferred. One year of work experience may substitute for one year of the required education, up to a maximum of four years of substitution. Where substitution is accepted, the applicant must demonstrate an increased knowledge base and progressively more challenging work assignments.
