General oversite of the office environment ensuring full operation of equipment/appliances, cleanliness, and
organization throughout
? Reception of front desk main entrance
? Routing of general phone calls and general e-mails
? Mail distribution and administration of USPS, FedEx, and UPS
? Scheduling and coordination planning of meetings, including ordering food, as requested
? Managing and coordinating executive schedules, travel arrangements and expense reports
? Scheduling, coordination, preparation of conference rooms
? Ordering and maintenance of office supply inventory (e.g., supplies for break room, restrooms, office operations, etc.)
? Coordinating office maintenance repair orders (e.g., plumbing, electric, appliances, elevator, HVAC, etc.)
? Managing office vendors (e.g., cleaning company, recycle company, coffee/beverage company, etc.)
? Break room, copy room, and conference room oversight and maintenance (e.g., cleanliness, organization, etc.)
? Coordinating team building functions and corporate events
? Drafting of letters, memos, e-mails, notices, or basic reports upon request in either Word or Excel
? Maintaining confidentiality as dealing with confidential topics and issues
? Work hours are 8:30 to 5:30
