Summary:

Exciting opportunity with a premium homebuilder.  We are searching for an energetic person with good administrative and organizational skills that can handle high volume, while providing top notch support to the closing team. 

Contract Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to):

•    Manage all aspects of purchase and sale agreements for single-family homes and condominium communities
•    Monitoring and follow up on pending and approved sales
•    Responsible for data entry and processing functions related to sales and closings
•    Monitor and complete assigned tasks and actions within company designated software
•    Audit and ensure agreements are executed in accordance with policy
•    Assemble purchase agreement documents and create electronic lot files on company designated storage drive
•    Ensure proper filing of electronically saved documents
•    Email executed sales documents to purchasers and affiliated parties
•    Ensure proper filing and management of sales and closing documents within company designated drives and company software
•    Compile and complete various forms and documents as required, based on community, state and department requirements
•    Responsible for contributing and implementing ideas for the Idea Board Program
•    Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail and limited supervision
•    Display professional appearance and manner
•    Demonstrate commitment to integrity, company values, customer-focus, and established policies and procedures
•    Performing other duties as assigned

 About you:

•    Two to four years related experience in a similar administrative position.
•    Associate Degree or above in a related field is preferred

•    Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
•    Customer service oriented
•    Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and has excellent computer skills
•    Possess a professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner
•    Adaptable/flexible
•    Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule
•    Work well under stress
